The taxi driver reported that a woman asked him to take her to Nakdong River Park in the middle of the night while dragging a heavy-looking travel bag. Blood stains were found in the womans bag, leading to the urgent arrest of the suspect. The publicly revealed identity of the woman was 23-year-old Jeong Yoo-jeong, who brutally murdered and mutilated a woman in her 20s she had met through a private tutoring application.
