LG CNS, 광고대상에서 2개 부문 수상
LG CNS, IT service company focusing on digital transformation, won two awards in the advertising category. LG CNS was awarded the gold prize in the performance marketing category at the "Korea Advertising Awards," which is the most prestigious advertising award ceremony in Korea, earlier this month.
LG CNS also announced that it was selected as the winner in two categories, Ad Tech and Search Performance, at the "2023 Korea Digital Advertising Awards" hosted by the Korea Digital Advertising Association. This marks the third consecutive year for LG CNS to receive awards, following its win in one category in 2021 and three categories in 2022.
The Ad Tech category recognizes companies that bring innovation to advertising operations through advanced advertising platforms incorporating IT technologies. LG CNS provided its internally developed Marketing Optimization Platform (MOP) based on artificial intelligence (AI) and mathematical optimization technology to strengthen the sales of Coways water purifier rental service.
MOP is a platform that LG CNSs advertising and AI experts, data analysts, and architects have developed over three years. It optimizes performance in operations such as portal and shopping search ads and display ads for customer product or service advertisements. More than 550 domestic companies, including clients and advertising agencies, are currently utilizing MOP.
With the introduction of MOP, the purchase rate of Coways water purifier rental service through portal search increased by 188% compared to before. The conversion rate from ad clicks to actual product purchases increased by 83%, and the advertising cost per product purchased decreased by 65%.
